Day 0 - Prep

I have tried numerous times to get fit and lose weight, but it isn't just about that. There is a voice in my brain that is holding me back. I guess that this is where my anxiety came from.

I have decided to take control of my life and it starts by eating healthy and exercising. Doing this not only helps your body but can have the power to heal your mind.

Day 0 starts today. This is the day that I have used to prep for my weight loss over the next few months.

Weight : 187.8lbs
Hips: 44"
Waist: 34"
Bust: 42.5

My Goal Weight: 154lbs

This is my last chocolate for a while - Rum truffle.



I started today by cleaning my house, it is much nicer to come home from work to a nice tidy house.
I also prepared my meals for work.

Breakfast: Fat free natural yogurt with grapes and an orange
Dinner: Ham and Egg Salad
Tea: Beef Chilli and rice

New Workout Routine - I have been doing this Daily since Tuesday and I am really enjoying it. I will continue this for another week and then add more.

Good thought of the day: My house looks so nice when it is tidy.
